One of the biggest handicaps of any ministry or worship facility is that the personnel using the equipment are usually comprised of under-trained volunteers. Many volunteers have a desire to be excellent in their service, but lack the training and experience to get the best performance from the system.
SDG’s team is comprised of individuals who personally volunteer at their local churches and have experience in relating to such situations. We have developed easy to understand training courses to help your personnel become proficient as Sound, Video and Lighting Operators, and even Basic System Technicians. SDG also offers Advanced Training based upon the needs of the church.
We work closely with various Professional Associations and Institutions of Higher Learning to ensure that our syllabus is up to par with industry trends and training practices. SDG also participates in various Regional and National Conferences and Seminars that focus on Education in Audio and Video.
